how to purchase gift cards

1. Select a Tôi Spa location where the gift card will be used‎

Purchased gift cards will only be valid at locations they are purchased from. Please select the Tôi Spa location where the gift card will be used. Example: Trish purchased a gift card from Tôi Spa Hollywood for her mom. Trish’s mom booked her mani-pedi at the Hollywood location where her gift card would work.

2. agree to spa policies & select "buy" in the booking portal main menu‎

After agreeing to the spa policies, you will be lead to the booking portal. Select “buy” on the menu to go straight to customizing your digital gift card where you can personalized it to whom the gift is for.

3. select "Add to cart" once completing the gift's details‎ & payment method

After customizing your digital gift card and filling out your payment details to fund the card, you will select “add to cart” to review your order.

4. select "Submit payment"

Once you “submit payment,” a receipt of your order will be emailed to you while the gift certificate will be emailed to your giftee to redeem.

how to use gift cards

1. check your email for "Tôi Spa gift certificate" & click "retrieve gift"

All gift cards are delivered via email. Search “Toi Spa gift certificate” in your email, and don’t forget to check spam mail! Click “retrieve gift” in order to open the certificate to save or take a screenshot.

2. book your services at the location on your gift certificate

In your email and on your gift certificate should be the Tôi Spa location, address, and phone number of where your credit will be valid to use. Book your services at that location until you reach the last step before approval.

3. add that you have a gift certificate

Before confirming, add in the notes section that you have a gift certificate so that they are aware prior to your visit.

4. bring a copy or screenshot of your certificate

On the day of your appointment, bring either a print copy or screenshot of your gift certificate to show the receptionist prior to your service.
